A mini exercise bike is great so you can get a good workout whilst sitting reading, whilst watching the television or even whilst working at the computer. It is also versatile; you can use it to work out your legs, buttocks and thighs and also to work out your chest, arms and shoulders. You can even put the mini exercise bike on a table to make it easier to pedal with your hands.
Be sure to buy a brand that is sturdy so that it will sit securely on the table because you will not want your mini exercise bike to fall off the table with only a little pressure. Nor do you want it to keep falling over when you are using it on the floor.
A lot of the mini exercise bikes will have a screen built in to display, distance, speed and the number of calories that you have burned up. It may also tell you how much time you have been working out for.
